Open Question: Does anyone have experience with Heel Spurs?

I have a Monday podiatrist's appointment. Just want to know what luxury heel spur. (My mother is in surgery this week,) the same symptoms. This is affecting my work, I can not be in more than 10, 15 minutes, my foot. To make matters worse the pain, I put my feet. Anyway, what is your experience with heel spurs / tendon pain? (I heard that sometimes the use of cortisone injections. This is a big problem for me because I am afraid of needles. The idea of a needle in my foot is too many measures. They want me to let them?)
